Showrooms
Each showroom in Marketplace Design Center is an independent business and sets its own business policies. We encourage design professionals to contact the showrooms directly with questions on these policies.

Registration
Designers must register with our concierge to be admitted to the building. Applications are available at the front desk and require a business card, copy of Certificate of Registration Sales Tax License and two Wholesale/Industry references. A trade ID will be processed and ready at our concierge desk within approximately one week. Trade ID badges may be picked up at the front desk.

Hours of Operation
Trade Professionals: Monday – Friday 9 AM to 5 PM
Consumer Browsing: Monday – Friday 10 AM to 5 PM

Consumers are welcome to browse participating showrooms during consumer browsing hours, Monday – Friday 10 AM to 5 PM.
